, the nation’s leading organization of Cosmetic Dentists. Dr. Richardson enjoys his part-time position of Clinical Assistant Professor in the Department of Oral Rehabilitation at the MCG School of Dentistry.
"Dr. Ed" and his wife, Patty have been married for almost 40 years. While they enjoy being "empty nesters", Dr.Ed and Patty still relish spending time with their children and their families. Lindsey is following in the family footsteps of dentistry and recently joined Dental Traditions. She is married and living in Fayetteville. Carter and his wife Paige are doing great and living in Decatur. Nick is currently in school at Georgia College and State University. Patty and Dr. Ed, both accomplished vocalists, enjoy spending time directing and participating in musical and theatrical productions. They remember the day they met as performers in the Crystal Pistol Show at Six Flags Over Georgia. As a family, they enjoy traveling, skiing, and rafting as well as spending time on the lake and at the beach.
Dr. Richardson serves on the Board of Directors for Christian City Home for Children.
Jonathan Robinson, DMD

Dental Traditions
Dr. Jonathan Robinson, DMD is an Honor Graduate of the
University of Georgia
, where he received a Bachelor of Science degree in Biology. He then attended the Medical College of Georgia School of Dentistry and was awarded a Doctor of Dental Medicine degree in 2004. While at the Medical College of Georgia, Dr. Robinson was awarded the
International Congress of Implantologists
award for excellence in Dental Implants. He was also chosen to receive the Excellence in Prosthodontics award by the faculty in recognition of his achievements in crown and bridge restorations.
Dr. Robinson is a member of the American Dental Association , the Georgia Dental Association , and the Northern District Dental Association . He is a certified provider of the Clear Correct Orthodontic treatment (clear braces). In addition, he is a regular volunteer at the Fayette Care Clinic, which provides medical and dental services to those in our community who can’t afford treatment.
“Dr. Jo”, as he is known around the office, married the former Audrey Harrell in 2001. They have 3 beautiful children, Makaylee, born in 2004, Payton, born in 2007, and Blake, born in 2008. As a family, they enjoy traveling, trips to the beach, and anything related to University of Georgia football. (Ask Dr. Jo about proposing to Audrey on the 50-yard line after the Georgia Southern game) Dr. Robinson and his family are active members and volunteers at the First Baptist Church of Peachtree City, where he serves as a deacon.
Lindsey Richardson Alvarez, DMD

Dr. Lindsey Richardson Alvarez is a graduate of
Wofford College
, where she attended on a volleyball scholarship and received a Bachelor of Science in Psychology. Dr. Lindsey then attended The
Dental College of Georgia at Augusta University
, formerly the Medical College of Georgia. She graduated in 2017, following in the footsteps of her grandfather, Dr. Jim Richardson, and her father, Dr. Ed Richardson. She joined Dental Traditions in January 2020. Dr. Lindsey is a member of the

Dr. Lindsey met her husband, Christian, while in dental school and they got married in 2017. They have a daughter, Charlotte, who was born in March 2019 and a son, Liam, who was born in April 2021. As a family, they enjoy traveling, spending time outdoors, and playing with their dog, Brody.

Dental Hygienist
Pam has been a part of our practice since 1993 and has over 40 years of experience caring for patients. She enjoys getting to know our patients and values the relationships created from generation to generation. In her spare time, she enjoys traveling with her husband, entertaining for friends, and spending time with her children, grandchildren, and dogs- AnnaBelle, Bonnie, Willie, and Bentley.
Sarah

Dental Hygienist
Sarah has been a hygienist since 1998 and has worked at Dental Traditions since 2008. She enjoys meeting new people and helping her patients maintain good oral health. Outside of work she enjoys spending time with her husband scuba diving and riding her horse, Trigger.
Hannah, Dental Hygienist
Hannah graduated from Clayton State University in 2007 with a Bachelor's of Science degree in Dental Hygiene. She has been a part of our practice since 2016. She loves helping patients take care of their oral health and enjoys forming relationships with them. Outside of work, she enjoys reading, exercising, and traveling. Most importantly, Hannah enjoys spending time with her husband, little boy.

Appointment Coordinator
Sherry has been assisting patients with scheduling and appointments at our office since 1999. She takes pride in helping patients experience the best dental experience possible. Sherry is always making people laugh and feel at home. In her free time, she enjoys being at the lake spending time with her husband. She has two dogs.
Sherry , Dental Assistant
Sherry also referred to as "Outback" has been with our practice since 2000 with over 40 years of combined experience assisting in both the dental and orthodontic setting. She enjoys when a patient leaves happy after a dental procedure and seeing them smile and express their appreciation for the individual care they received. In her spare time, she enjoys spending time with her children and grandchildren, crafting, cooking, and being entertained by her cheerful dog, Sunshine.
Cindy , Dental Assistant
Cindy has been with our office since 2014, however she has been dental assisting for over 24 years. She enjoys meeting new people and being a part of a caring family practice, that truly cares about their patients. During her time outside of the office, she spends her time cooking, gardening flowers, traveling, and spending time with her son.
Amy Shirley, Dental Assistant
Amy has been with our office since August 2018. She has been assisting with patients for 22 years. Amy has cross-trained with many specialty areas of dentistry. She enjoys being able to take care of our patient's needs. Amy loves playing the piano, cooking, going camping, and spending time with her family, especially her children, Alexis, Hunter, and Olivia.
Heather, Dental Assistant
Heather and her family recently relocated to Georgia from Pensacola. Heather received her degree in Dental Assisting from Pensacola Junior College in 2008. She has a beautiful 9-year-old daughter and two "fur babies". Heather and her family enjoy riding bikes, walking their dogs, and exploring the area.
